Most limo companies I speak with think if they could only get their PPC or SEO right they would easily scale their business.
This just isn’t true.
What I’ve found is most operators aren’t following up quickly, or using text/phone calls in their sales efforts.
Also, most are not tracking the time it takes them to follow up or other important metrics.
We’ve all heard, what gets measured, gets improved. Well, this is true for sales as well.
